Resource Last Modified Missing from UI on Resources (DDS-944)

The field resource_last_modified has been removed in Beta.

This field is used by many clients to determine the last time the resource was updated/refreshed/replicated.

DPS has build a process that updates all the BCGW resources to update the date upon the actual last refresh to the BCGW. Of which has been presented to users and do know that is being used in people's scripts.

This field needs to return to the UI.

However we should review with DPS and DA if the title "Resource Last Modified" is the wording to best describle this.
