Mat/Par: User can not submit necessary dates

Background:
User is submitting the Maternity/ Parental Leave Digital application, they are constantly receiving an error messages (see below images) that they are unable to submit.
Maternity leave: Feb 22, 2025 - June 20, 2025
Parental Leave (extended): June 21, 2025 - July 24, 2026

As per parental leave allowance, the employee set the start of the parental leave allowance as to start June 21, 2025 but the error message showing up + 57 weeks
