Description:
After running the expired limited restoration cron job in dev, we confirmed that the business status has been successfully changed to historical but noticed some display issues.

Design needed

The display format seems a bit confusing for users. Please help confirm the expected information display for historical businesses.

A solution was discussed with Jacqueline and Janis and the design was approved by Olga and Mihai today:

  1. add a property, "reason" (or can be named something else) to the PutBackOff filing -- Legal API, batch job, etc: need "short reason" for limited restoration expiry #25473
  2. update the UI to display this reason beside the Historical badge -- THIS ticket
