Moisture Content Cones - Moisture Content Data Part 2

As a TSC Testing Technician I want a section in the seed moisture content form that collects non-tabular data So That I can enter the start and end dates, the category and any comments to do with the testing activity

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that data was previous entered for the activity, when I open the screen, all the fields in the moisture content data section retrieve the data that was entered.
• Given that the activity has not been accepted, when I update data in a field, the changes are saved.
• Given that I have the correct permission, when I update data in the moisture content data section, data is updated in the corresponding fields that have been mapped out
• Given that I have the correct permission, when I delete data in the moisture content data section, data is updated in the corresponding fields that have been mapped out
