Automatic refresh for comments

It's great news that this block is back.

Is it possible to add a refresh action, to be more "dynamic" ?

At the moment the user has to refresh their browser or return to the page to see the live comments.

Hope it could be aeasy to do.

Hi @luiggisanso,

This is not as easy at it seems, especially when you consider scaling. It's relatively easy for a low usage, but things get more tricky when there are potentially hundreds or thousands of users trying to chat.

But it's obviously something that would make a huge difference, and we do already discuss how we could make something like this work.

What would be your estimated usage? How many comments and how many users do you anticipate?
