Feature request: Option to align/position LT floating buttons like info button

Request:
Option to align learning tool's floating buttons like the general info/?- button from the core

• so that their position to each other always stays the same => This would enable a similar user experience for the learning tool buttons and the info button
• to prevent the learning tools button(s) to cover the cog icon of the lowest block element in right drawer/block region (in edit mode)

Problem:
The floating buttons of the learning tool always stick to the lower right corner (no matter if the right drawer/ block region is shown or hidden) while the general info button is shown in the main content area left of the right drawer/block region. Therefore, dependent on the visibility of the right drawer, both button types are sometimes shown close to each other (if right drawer is hidden), sometimes not (if right drawer is shown). (If the right drawer is shown, the info button is shown left of the block region while the learning tool buttons are on the block region.)
If the right drawer is shown and edit mode is on, the LT buttons sometimes cover the cog icon of the lowest block element so that you cannot edit the block element unless you use maximal/minimal zooming ratio (see screenshot).

Advanced feature
An even nicer feature would be the ability to align the size and position of the LT and info button so that they are shown in one line (see screenshot)
(that can be done by css (currently only works if the right drawer is hidden) but might be an interesting feature for people without css knowledge as well.)
