Kabels kunnen andere kabels bevaten? Hoe moet ik dat begrijpen, volgens mij kan dit niet.

In het huidige model zit geen associatie Kabel met Kabel:

Wel Pijp met Kabel, Kanaal met Kabel en Pijp, Pijp met Pijp en Kanaal met Kanaal.
