UTU license model

Hello Belgif,

We at vzw OpenJustice.be would like to publish a knowledge-graph model (SKOS) of the UTU thesaurus, made available here : https://github.com/belgif/thematic/tree/master/legal-thesauri/utu .

We would like to do so under the CC BY 4.0 "Attribution 4.0 international" or EUPL 1.2 licenses. Would those be compatible with the reuse conditions (free reuse / attribution ) from that dataset ?
