Vote For the New Mod

Sometimes the mod leaves the room unexpectedly and then the room mod gets chosen by who has been in the room for the longest. I think there should be a option for a voting process to choose a new mod between the current speakers when the original/old mod leaves without giving moderation to someone else in certain recent amount.
