right now, easypage always includes a darkreader meta tag

we should accept a dark boolean

  • it should trigger the inclusion of the darkreader meta
  • and also include whatever the actual prefers-colorscheme browser-standard dark-theme meta is (which darkreader happens to ignore, lol)
