Wrong country despite using --cfon and --country

Describe the bug
Despite the fact I'm running my warp-plus as below. My ip location isn't Germany and differs time to time.

./warp-plus --cfon --country DE

To Reproduce
Just use the command with cfon and country DE

Expected behavior
Ip location needs to be from Germany

I ran oblivion on my macos as well. Encountered the same problem.

I'm getting "level=ERROR msg="unable to run psiphon Unable to start psiphon: controller.Run exited unexpectedly" instead, works fine if cfon is disabled but that defeats the purpose of the app.
