Rename "order" to "order fulfillment" for consistency #46

The correct term for the "order" service should be "order fulfillment" - as it is with all later presentations and also the book (https://processautomationbook.com/). Ideally this should also be reflected in service names and the readme - which might result in a lot of small changes
