If there is an existing selection, when the move, scale or rotate tools are activated, skip the first selection step #10

The steps to move something:

select the move tool
select the items to move
select the start point
select the end point

When the user already has something selected the desired steps would be:

existing selection
select the move tool
select the start point
select the end point

But currently it is not doing that yet, the move tool still requires you to make a selection, even if there is already a selection
