Legion Hovercraft Gets Stuck on Platform

Description

Any (or at least construction hovercrafts and Cardea) hovercraft built in the Legion Hovercraft Platform cannot move from its starting location

Expected Behaviour

It should be able to get out lol

Actual Behaviour

It gets stuck

Reproduction steps

Build a hovercraft platform as legion and build a construction hovercraft or probably any other hovercraft

It seems to be an issue on the map, as it affects all labs. That rock seems to be part of the terrain but doesn't always get flattened.
