Hello,

It seems that making teams is not working as intended,

When i make more than 2 teams and than start a game in singleplayer or multiplayer it will place me in a random team when chosing starting location

For example : when i make a 9 team single player match and i want to start at a desired location in the middle of the map it will place me in either the 9, 7 or 8 team instead of the 1st team
when changing team location 9 with the 1st team the game places me at the 4th team ?????

I hope this can be fixed and tested some more

Your Total Annihilation Fan.

The game treats matches with >2 teams as FFA, and shuffles the startboxes accordingly.
In Advanced Options -> Main, you can untick Shuffle TeamFFA Start Boxes to prevent this.

@sprunk sprunk changed the title assigning teams is a great idea !!! Shuffling boxes in FFA by default is confusing Sep 24, 2024

So like is this a bug or just clunky UI?

Screenshots might help communicate the idea better. My brain struggles to understand what's being asked.

We used to have a bit in chobby that would set the mod option to off in singleplayer, Unfortunately I broke it and haven't figured out how to fix it.
