Still to be done in the package:

  • calibration IT
  • Prediction should be for SD and IT
  • predictions and plotting against data for validation
  • predictions for FOCUS profiles (cf C code??)
  • LPx calculations
  • EFSA criteria: PPC calibration, PPC validation, SPPE, NMRSE
  • Include EFSA criteria in summary output
  • Use more than one dataset for calibration
  • Plot PPC calibration, PPC validation, plot autocorrelation (stan_ac)
