Cant find -lcudart

Hi all.

I want to contribute to this project. I just got my gpu. I installed nvidia drivers and cuda tool kit.

I added cuda libraries as given in readme.

This fixed my problem.

Ideally, cuda-sys should be able to find the libraries on its own - see rust-cuda/cuda-sys#7.
