I have a question regarding the Loewe scores associated with cancer cell lines. For multiple cell lines (Lovo, HT29, etc), there are no Loewe scores that go beyond the range of -1 to 1. This appears to indicate some sort of normalization was performed and I am curious what this was and how it impacts the interpretability (aka are negative scores still antagonistic as they are in the source SynergyFinder)? Thank you,
Annie Badenoch
