Possible to remove Google tag manager trackers

Aaron asked if there is a way to remove Google tag manager?
I figured this is either something connected to using open street maps or something inherited from the host site.

We added this - we were kind of scrambling to get everything out the door a couple weeks ago and Google Analytics was the easiest way to get some visibility into usage. We'll need to track usage somehow, since we do pay to host this service and need to have insight into how it's being used, but I'm happy to use an alternative to Google Analytics.
