Implement awards system to assign some virtual awards for climbers who reached some results ( 10, 50, 100, 200 summits, all main summits, etc.)

For this moment, I think about following awards:

  1. For some number of climbed summits (10, 50, 100, 200, all) - climber can have only one such award.
  2. All main summits - for climbers who climbed all main summits of ridges.
  3. For 1, 2, 3 places in common rating. Plus "Top 10" award.
  4. Fastest climber (climber who climbed most summits in one day).
  5. Climber of the year (by climbs number)
  6. x years of south ural climbing (for climbers who had at least one climb per year)

Some awards can belong to different climbers (i.e. 100/200 summits climbed) and some can only belong to single climber (e.g. first place in common rating, fastest climber).
Some can be mutually exclusive (i.e. climber can't own "100 climbs" and "50 climbs" awards at the same time).
