New Issues

• Milestone - increase downloads of bioboxes #156 - Start a three-month milestone to increase usage of bioboxes in the
  community. We will do this by tracking biobox-compatible container
  downloads from github.
• Track downloads of biobox Docker containers #157 - Begin tracking of biobox usage from the dockerhub registry. This
  will help with the above milestone.

Existing issues

• Bioboxes should provide a simplified user interface for using containers #152 - The biobox.yml may be too much work to create for simple tasks such
  as assembling a single fastq files. Creating a biobox wrapper that sits
  between the user and running the docker container may simplify the use of
  bioboxes. This also relates to the above milestone.

Completed issues

• new assembly evaluation #153, New Assembler Evaluation Interface #151 @pbelmann implemented a new assembler evaluation interface. This
  allows multiple assemblies and references to be used.
• Available Bioboxes List #149 @pbelmann created a page on the bioboxes website that includes all
  available bioboxes.
• New binning container spec #110 @pbelmann updated the binning container spec. This allows large
  databases to be used, which is a requirement for binning containers.
