Genome assembly recipe does not work #192

I tried giving the assembling a genome recipe tutorial during a JGI workshop, unfortunately since the interface for quast has changed the tutorial no longer worked. This was less than ideal as this does not advertise bioboxes as a stable project. In future we should find a way to sync the documentation between releases and ensure they always work. Possibly we should test the documentation on the CI server.

My solution to this is have someway of extracting the <pre> blocks from the recipe pages and rerun them nightly. This won't necessarily have to be done on every PR since they are long running, but nightly checks could ensure we identify if there is a change.

How does this sound?
