From the comms team "The overall style of language switches from overly friendly to incredibly technical leaving the user unsure of what they are reading and not understanding a good portion of it. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the friendly tone, but the vocabulary should be reflective to the tone and simple to understand or easy to look up."
