Alpha release

This is an initial release of the rhapsody package for microbe/metabolite interaction analysis.

A qiime2 interface, in addition to a standalone CLI interface with additional GPU support have been available.

Furthermore, rhapsody is now on pypi, so it is pip installable via pip install rhapsody
