We might want to try new cool (latest & greatest) web stuff:

HTTP2: will help with content delivery; webpack which is used now helps to optimize web static delivery for HTTP1 but probably some things should be reorganized/reconsidered; webpack is still extra useful for "component style programming" though
Web Packaging: might be interesting to delivery the static via this mechanism; see also Application Cache
