v5.13 RC4 running under a Windows 10 desktop with external webcam, the Bitcoin wallet app doesn't show the camera picture. My camera permissions are open, but I am still not able to scan any QR code. Unable to import any paper wallet as there is no option to type or paste this data in. So on Windows 10 devices, this wallet seems crippled.
