Sometimes, local cache of AU does not reload to get new indexing for view-only address

1. Add a view-only address that has many tokens and has not indexed in Indexer
2. Wait for token is index
3. Compare number of tokens in the address with indexer

Observed result:
Sometimes, number of tokens do not match indexer

Expected result:
Number of tokens should be matched from AU app and indexer.
