I deployed Redmine using Bitnami and after running it for a period of time, two of its thins_ The redmine service cannot be started, and some attempts have been unsuccessful. Can someone provide some suggestions

Thanks for using Bitnami. I'm afraid we no longer provide support to local installers in favor of our virtual-machines solutions.

You will have to inspect the logs for the different Thin services in order to fix the underlying issues. Sorry for the inconveniences.
