Unable to Connect to the AWS EC2 created by "Bitnami for LMS version 4.2" server through EC2 instance

I have installed bitnami version 4.2 ,I can connect via ssh but unable to connect via "EC2 instance connect".please need your response.

If you can access the server using SSH, we suggest you use a SSH client to connect. However, if you keep running into issues when using the "EC2 instance connect" functionality, we suggest you contact AWS to get more information about that.
