Support library spectra formats

Read library spectra from various library formats:

• Full SpectraST support (sptxt).
• Mascot Generic support (MGF).
• BiblioSpec support (blib). See Support for blib spectral library format #2.
• Encyclopedia support (elib, dlib). See Add ELIB/DLIB spectral library support #12.
• Spectronaut support. See Spectronaut demo data.

Hi guys,
I was just about to open a new issue/request when I stumbled upon this one.
Is this still ongoing, i.e. will there be support for e.g. Spectronaut or DIA-NN generated libraries any time soon? This would be absolutely grant.

As you can see from the issue we've made some progress, but some additional formats are still pending. This is still on our wishlist, although currently not under active development while we're first focusing on some other functionality.
