Hmm, and you have tried moving it around, and using it in an environment with good lighting and a somewhat textured floor? (ARKit, in its current form, basically don't work on surfaces that have no texture)

I tried it and moved in a space with over 600sqm and it did not work. Firstly, it was analyzing. And then when the floor changed, it did not show anything.
