Well-known manifest/config

TeaTime is using a very generic filename config.json to describe the sqlite database in the repository.

Ideally there would be something more distinct & clear. I'd love to see a .well-known/teatime.json, for example, which is at least in-spirit trying to follow https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8615 .

Agree this could be nice. I hope to get to it soon. We probably want to start with respecting both paths until databases repos are updated.
