Deprecate / callout for sf-examples? #6

Should we:

  1. Add a call-out in the README to the sf-examples repo?
  2. Deprecate this repo? Or is it still a good place for "staging" examples before we move them out to the sf-examples repo?

I think deprecate and point people to sf-examples is a good plan
