Submitting a utils class

Hi,

I've compiled a SHA256 utils class, which could save someone a lot of time as its not natively supported by BB10. I'm unsure where to contribute as it doesn't have an interface.

As for where to put it, I'm not sure without looking at it whether we should put it in this repository or the Core-Native-Community-Samples. I'm guessing from your description that it doesn't use any part of Cascades?
