First I would like to thank you for such a simple plugin to be used

Doubts:

because cordova.plugins.simplexpbeacon.initialiseBluetooth does not enable Bluetooth
it is possible to send a notification to the background or when APP was stopped

I'm sorry for my english, Brazilian.
