[Support]: Cant resize ultra wide cameras to remove black bars. #11767

Describe the problem you are having

When using ultra-wide cameras like Reolink Duo 2 and resizing the camera in Beta 14.2 the camera will keep the black bars in the views. But in Birdseye view the black bars are not shown.

Also doorbell cameras from Reolink looks like they will allow the resizing of the cameras to allow for the removal of the black bars but after resizing the black bars snap back on.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new camera view and add wide or doorbell cameras and then resize.

Disappointing, hopefully it will be a customizable option in the future. Ultra-wide cameras either take up too much screen space or are too small to look at if resized smaller.

Resizing in camera groups does have purposeful restrictions to maintain a consistent camera aspect ratio and consistent layout within a 12 column grid, and this is very different than how birdseye works. When resizing, the red background indicates where the final location will be.

Is it possible to increase the grid size? I have a ultra wide monitor to view my cameras on and much of the space is wasted on the black bars on many of my cameras.

There were several bugs related to resizing and aspect ratio that I've fixed in this PR: #11777

These fixes should make resizing portrait and wide cameras more consistent for you, maintaining the appropriate aspect ratio within the grid. As a result, cameras should "fit" better within the grid.

It should also be noted that all of the grids in Frigate 0.14's new Live view (whether the default "All cameras" grid or any camera group draggable grids) use cells with a 16/9 aspect ratio. So for cameras with different aspect ratios, black bars around the camera images are expected and normal.

Birdseye has lots of calculation math and is Frigate's solution for auto-fitting cameras together without the black bars.

Birdseye though shows a large black rectangle below the images and two large light gray bars sideways... No way to use my the wole screen... This is disapointing.

the birdseye canvas in this image is not 16:9, so this appears to be working as expected. There may be ways to optimize this type of use case in the future
