I don't think this is really a Frigate bug, the segments aren't being pulled most likely because nginx is unable to interpret the recorded files or some other issue. We've seen it a couple times with other buggy cameras. I have a hikvision panoramic camera that uses h265 and works without issues and in general we've not seen this issue reported widely so I'm not sure there's anything we can do. You might try different browsers and see if one might handle it better. |

Describe the problem you are having
When I click on an alert in the review tab, playback of the event doesn't work. The spinner just spins forever.
Looking in the network tab in DevTools, I can see that the master.m3u8 playlist file is being requested from frigate, but the playlists inside the file aren't being requested.
This issue has only been arising on my Reolink Duo 2 PoE and Reolink Duo Floodlight PoE cameras.
I have a Reolink RLC-510A camera, and when I view recorded alerts, detections, and historical recordings from this camera, I don't experience this issue.
Here are the contents of the index-v1-a1.m3u8 file:
Steps to reproduce
Version
0.14.0-a4eb435
Frigate config file
Relevant log output
Operating system
UNRAID
Install method
Docker CLI
Network connection
Wired
Camera make and model
Reolink Duo 2 PoE, Reolink Duo Floodlight PoE
Any other information that may be helpful
I am accessing my Frigate WebUI over WiFi. However, I have also experienced the same issue when on a wired connection.
I've seen issues like #8377 regarding the Reolink Duo series' use of H265 being the cause of the issue, but that doesn't explain why the web client isn't even attempting to stream the segments given in the playlists.
