[Camera Support]: Issues after adding Amcrest IP8M-DLB2998EW-AI #13304

Describe the problem you are having

Just added the Amcrest IP8M-DLB2998EW-AI to my setup and I'm seeing issues with events being created. The camera is set to H264 so I don't think there's any issue there. I've been seeing some webp errors in logs.

Your detect width doesn't make sense

    detect:

It should be an even number

There should be more logs than this, more info is needed
