[Config Support]: non alert events do not have clips in home assistant media browser

Describe the problem you are having

when i am trying to check the clips folder in media browser, it only has the zone inside mainly while i get both inside and outside on the snapshots folder.

this is working as expected because in 0.14 the required_zones fields are used to fill in for the previous required_zones field in recordings, since in 0.13 detections did not exist.

In 0.15 this is fixed with an explicit config for recording alerts and detections

so there is absolutely no way to see [15 secs + event + 15 secs] in home assistant frigate media browser? this was working fine on 0.14.1

no, because in the frigate media browser you are viewing events. Events are no longer shown in the frigate UI as review items are the new way to review activity on cameras. Because of this, adding the pre and post capture to the time of an event makes no sense because the event time has nothing to do with recordings (and pre / post capture is a recording config after all). Perhaps a feature request could be added to the integration to add padding to the clips shown there, but in general the Frigate UI is what is recommended to be used to review activity on cameras

the use is to have recording padding before / after a review item, in case you want to know what happened before / after the review item started / ended

i decided to restore the old behavior on my own fork. for now this should do. later i would like to be able to differentiate between alerts and detections.
