DCMS plugins in UI Kit Could Use Improvement

This is more of a note to have a discussion about how we approach dcms plugins in the UI Kit. Creating instances is not straight forward, and can time time consuming / fragile as the project continues to evolve.

I think there are two way to go about this possibly:

1. We treat plugin templates as regular templates and just feed them fake context
2. We find some way to create fixtures for the UI-Kit that automatically populates a placeholder
