Backend task: blockscout/blockscout#10718.
API endpoint: https://eth-sepolia.k8s-dev.blockscout.com/api/v2/internal-transactions

Keyset pagination with [block_number, index, transaction_index] is supported.

Similar to token transfers list endpoint.
