This is a placeholder for enhancements of new HDWallet api

Search Utxos by public key hash
Auto discover non-utxo signers (Certificates, required signers field) .
Note: Signers from utxos (inputs, collateral inputs) are already there in the current implementation.
Fetch utxos in parallel - DefaultWalletUtxoSupplier (Executore, VirtualThread)
Create wallet from account private key
Read-only wallet from account level public key
Internal or change address support (role=1) ??
