only verify proxies using txt file input

I searched for a method of using proxybroker only to validate proxies from a txt file input without the need of scrapping new ones from the web and I didn't find how.
Do you know if this feature is available? if yes can you show me how?
If it's not available I hope you add it, it will be beneficial
