Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Hello! proxybroker 2is working for me currently in serve mode, but Auto-rotate is not.
I am using the command string given as an example in the README:

$ proxybroker2 serve --host 127.0.0.1 --port 8888 --types HTTP HTTPS --lvl High --min-queue 5

Describe the solution you'd like
I have proxybroker2 running locally and pointed my webbrowser towards it.
But everytime I check my WAN-IP using some website, it returns the same IP for minutes. After some minutes it will change (has to be proxybroker2 switching the proxy), but I expect it do use another proxy on each request.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Everytime there'S an request sent to proxybroker2 in serve mod, it should use another proxy, and not use the same proxy multiple times until it randomly switches after a lot of requests.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Thank you! :)

are you sure it is not switching?, add --log DEBUG before serve command and see the IP of used proxies because it will be written in console
