pyLDAvis is great for visualizing the model itself, but is there a way to visualize how the model scores a particular data point?

The docs use notebooks, but I find them extremely hard to follow and/or adapt to what I'm doing because there's seems to be an assumption of knowledge about what one is even looking at. Are there any API docs available to see what methods I can use?
