I'm trying to understand a few things about how L2 - and opBNB specifically - operates.
Are transactions made on the opBNB L2 network ultimately settled on/rolled-up and reported to the underlying BNB Smart Chain L1 network? (Any details on the exact process here would also be appreciated.)
As an example, I can see a recent transaction at opbnb.bscscan.com but this transaction doesn't directly appear on bscscan.com. (If I search for the receiving wallet, I can see the transaction under "multichains".) Would there eventually be a corresponding transaction directly on L1 that appears on bscscan.com?
If the answer to that is "Yes", then how long does it typically take?
