Feature Request: update pipreqs 0.5.0 to support Python 3.13.0 #464

Pretty much the title. PiPy shows that the latest version requires Python < 3.13. I didn't try to download the source code to see if any issues arise when using this version but, either way, the usual ways of using pip to install this package don't work.
