Update the Genesis timestamp in the Consensus Parameters to a future date / time that will be the blockchain startup time. Deploy release v1.0.0 to nodes and reset cache and data created during any testing.
Inform exchanges to transition to use CoinNet API and not ERC20
Inform ERC-20 BOA holders to migrate coins to CoinNet using wallet.
