Egg:
- Warm egg to room temperature
- Place egg into boiling hot water for 6.5 minutes
- During that time, prepare an ice bath to stop the egg from cooking
- After 6.5 minutes, immerse the egg into the ice bath.
- Peel and place into the marinade
Marinade (for 4 to 6 eggs):
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or regualar sodium)
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
Marinade overnight
