I list some of the features we might consider implementing in the long term, in order to have a track of them.

Reviewer application form
Reviewer-field filtering
A list of editors with contact details or reviewers/authors to reach out.
A simple system (e.g. Github Projects as @anibalsolon suggested) to issue and track review processes assigned to an author.
Review conflict of interest declaration workflow?
